Hearts of Palm Salad

Hearts of Palm Salad


  1. Cooks&Co Hearts of Palm
  2. 3 Avocados, sliced
  3. 200g of Watercress, washed and trimmed
  4. Grilled prawns in their shell or chicken (optional)
  5. 1 Ripe lime, juiced
  6. 1 tsp of Sugar
  7. 3 tbsp of Extra virgin olive oil
  8. Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation time: 15 mins
Serves: 4

Preparation Method

Mix the watercress, avocados and Hearts of Palm together in a bowl. Then combine the lime juice and sugar in a small dressing bowl. Whisk the oil into the lime juice in a slow stream. Pour dressing over the salad and season to taste. For a more substantial supper serve with grilled prawns in their shell or chicken.
