Grilled Hearts of Palm


  1. 3 tbsps of Cooks&Co 100% Pure Rapeseed Oil
  2. 800g of Cooks&Co Hearts of Palm
  3. Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves: 6

Preparation Method

Preheat the grill to medium-high.

Drizzle the Cooks&Co Hearts of Palm lightly with oil, then season with salt and pepper.

Put the Hearts of Palm under the grill and cook until they start to brown, you will need to turn them regularly, this should take no longer than 10 minutes.

Remove the Hearts of Palm from the grill, transfer to plates, and while the hearts are still warm, drizzle lightly to taste with the balsamic vinegar and a little more pepper. Serve warm.
