Fresh Tomato Salsa - Recipe

Ingredients

10g of Cooks&Co Green Chillies 

4 Tomatoes (large) 

1 Red Onion (finely chopped) 

2 large tbsps of Fresh Coriander (chopped) 

1 cup of Lime Juice 

Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation Method

Freshly prepared tomato Salsa is a great side dish to spice up fish and meat dishes or to serve up with Mexican dishes such as Burritos or Chilli con Carne. Moreover it's simple to prepare, for the best results make an hour before serving.
 

1. To prepare, first chop the tomatoes into small 5mm pieces and put straight into a serving bowl.

2. Next, chop the chilli very finely before adding it to the tomatoes.

3. Add the onion, coriander and lime juice, and season with salt and freshly milled black pepper.
