Harissa Dip


1 Red Chilli

400g Cooks&Co Roasted Red Peppers

400g Cooks&Co Cannellini Beans

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Garlic Clove

1/2 tsp Ground Cumin

1/2 tsp Ground Coriander

3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation Method

1. In a food blender, blitz together all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

2. Serve with vegetables or crackers.
