Hazelnut Pesto - Recipe


1/2 cup of Cooks&Co 100% Pure Rapeseed Oil 
1/4 cup of Cooks&Co Hazelnut Oil 
1 cup of Skinned lightly toasted hazelnuts 
2 cups of Flat-leafed parsley 
2 cloves of Garlic 
Ground black pepper 
Salt to taste

Preparation Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor. This hazelnut pesto is perfect drizzled over fresh pasta with a sprinkling of a hard flavoursome cheese such as Manchego, Parmesan or Pecorino. 

  2. It's also delicious drizzled over roasted Mediterranean vegetables, stirred into potato mash or spread over a roasted fish fillet or pork chop for extra flavour.
