Our dried morel mushrooms are a great addition to sauces and risottos. We like to create a simple for indulgent sauce by adding the rehydrated morels to fried shallot, along with Madeira wine, stock and wild garlic.
To rehydrate, soak the mushrooms in boiling water for 30 minutes. Drain, rinse and dry the mushrooms and enjoy them in your favourite recipe. Ensure the mushrooms are heated thoroughly before consuming.
