Sweety Drop Pepper Hedgehogs

Ingredients

2 part baked petit pain rolls (100g)

100g Cream cheese

235g Jar Cooks&Co Sweety Drop Peppers, drained

3 pitted black olives

Shredded Iceberg lettuce to serve

 

Cooking Time: 8-10 minutes plus cooling
Serves: 2

Sweety Drop Pepper Hedgehogs

Preparation Method

1. Preheat the oven to 220c, gas mark 7

2. Bake the bread rolls according to pack instructions and allow to cool

3. Split the rolls in half and spread with half the cream cheese. Dry the drained peppers on kitchen paper

4. Spread the remaining cream cheese over the top and sides of the 2 rolls and press in the Sweety Drops to look like hedgehog spikes.

5. Use a whole olive for the faces and slice the remaining olive to use as eyes

6. Serve on a plate of lettuce for grass
